Absolutely delicious caramels! Solid enough to hold so you can take small bites and savor it, but still so soft and chewy. I immediately had to come here to leave a review because everyone needs to buy these. I’ve tried so many salted caramels on here and these are hands down the best. Need to mention the amount of salt because it’s never enough but this has a perfect layer that isn’t too bitter and it balances perfectly. Never change this recipe!!
